Easter, Skiing, and Family!

This weekend we had lots of family and fellowship. Easter service was a joyous event celebrating out Lord's resurrection! We had a great Easter dinner of tri-tip and the 1st annual Easter egg hunt in Colorado. We had 80+ real and fake eggs. After a great meal and fellowship we kicked it into high gear to get everyone ready for skiing today. We went up to the Loveland Ski Resort with T's brother's family, my brother's family, Boo's dear freind Meghan, And... Brent came to join us! Of course we always have fun having him to hang with. The puppy is Mattie. She is the cutest Beagle/Basset mix. T conquered the mountain on a board as he has given up skiing for boarding! The California Thrustons took to the slopes and the boys did great for their first time up. Joanna and Robby enjoyed one last ski adventure before the new baby comes this summer. Now I know your wondering what I did all day..... I am the photographer, reader, visitor, and crochet lady! We had a great time!

More Family!

Today the California Thrustons came to visit us. We have been so blessed with family this last week! The snow came again today just in time for them. So cool! They went sledding out back together and as I write this at 11 pm it is still snowing. The spring Easter dresses were never bought this year, thank goodness!





















Boo of course is loving having Meghan here! I have hardly seen them today.

Surprise! Meghan's Here!

Today our family took the Teter's to the airport to go home. We had a great week with them and hated to see them leave. So Sad!

BUT we had a BIGGGGG SURPRISE!!!! Meghan came into town for the week. My friend Cynthia and I planned this surprise for two weeks and boy was it tough to keep inside. As you can see it worked...Boo was sooo surprised! YAH!!!!

Easter Egg Coloring!

Yesterday the most gorgeous Rebeccca was the star of the show. She was amazing when dipping the eggs in the dye and then lifting them out. Kadence was soooooo cute! She would rather put her hands in the dye instead of the eggs. (Rebecca's commentary)

This is soooooo cute of Kadence and me. It is always the most fun when you get to color Easter eggs togehter.

Silly Girls!

The girls always have so much fun when they get together. No matter how old they are they still "play" dress up! Only this time they are making a video too!

Aren't they adorable!? This is at Garden of the Gods where we had a pic-i-nic lunch. Yogi Bear never came to visit though. :)
